These terms govern your use of the website operated by Solarwyse Solar Power Solutions Inc. ("Solarwyse"), located at 91019 Township Rd 724, Grande Prairie, Alberta. We supply solar energy equipment and related products to customers across Canada.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure

3. Product Information and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
- Product availability is not guaranteed; we will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill due to stock availability.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Solarwyse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Warranty
Products sold by Solarwyse are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Solarwyse does not offer an independent warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. Contact us and we will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage may be void if products are improperly installed, modified, or used outside of their rated specifications.
8. Installation Disclaimer
Solarwyse sells solar equipment and components. Unless explicitly stated in a service agreement, we do not provide installation services. Solar electrical systems must be installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code and all applicable provincial and local regulations. Solarwyse is not liable for issues arising from improper installation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solarwyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Solarwyse or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
