Once or twice a month after the batteries are at 100% or in float mode push and hold the charger button for 5 seconds while the generator is running and this triggers the EQ mode. Then in this state with gen running needs to be running for 7 to 12 hours depending on the typical SOC level you go to. Once you have solar you can push both buttons on PT100 and it will do this but there needs to be a full bank of batteries and this should be done every 14 days in the sunnier times. This depends on the loads you have going at the time and the amount of solar. The batteries need to held at the EQ voltage for 7 hours minimum every two weeks.
